I adored my stay in this hotel. The location in the beautiful garden, decorated in a zen style was breath-taking. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were incredibly impressive. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the spacious breakfast room that opened into the garden was divine.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was extremely friendly. They always had a table ready for my family at breakfast and dinner. They were very helpful with directions and ideas for the children. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful little town right in the middle of all the places we planned to see. Just a short drive to each.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was fantastic! the breakfast buffet was simply the best. Fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy options, and tasty jams and jellies are just some of the things that made our mornings delightful. the location was also perfect, close to the hot springs and with beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the relaxing and calm atmosphere of the garden, perfect for a peaceful afternoon.
The bed pillows were not the most comfortable, but it didn't really bother us that much.

Very friendly and helpfull staff; Immediately felt welcome; Only stayed one night, but it is a very nice location. Would love to go back for a longer stay. Very nice/fresh & healthy breakfast.

A real oasis in a charming village. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious and healthy breakfast. Beautiful zen garden for dining.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was truly amazing. You can't beat the location as it's close to all the tourist attractions and has beautiful views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of healthy options on offer such as fresh fruit and homemade granola. The evening meals were also very tasty, and the staff were always happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.
That the hotel didn't have any entertainment or activity options planned for Christmas Day itself. It would have been great to have something organized, such as a festive movie night or carol singing, to make the day even more special.
